The fruit and vegetable company receives the award from the Andalusian Regional Government for its sustained commitment to real equality and work-life balance.
Eurosol has been awarded the Andalusian Brand of Excellence in Equality, a recognition promoted by the Ministry of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families and Equality and the Andalusian Institute for Women. The award has highlighted the policies and practices with which the company has integrated equal opportunities throughout its value chain, from the field and warehouses to internal management and the relationship with national and international clients.
During the award ceremony, held in Seville, Eurosol’s manager, Mari Carmen Cano, emphasized:
“Equality is not an ornament or a slogan: it is the way we work and live together every day.”

Cano ha destacado que el distintivo “nos ha ilusionado y, sobre todo, nos ha comprometido”, y ha reafirmado que en la empresa “no creemos en etiquetas: creemos en la capacidad y en el talento de cada persona”.
The board explained that this commitment is reflected in:
- Selection and promotion processes based on merit
- Reconciliation measures
- Respectful work environments
“When there is respect, the team grows, talent stays, and the work gets better. And that’s noticeable in our fields, in our warehouses, and with every customer inside and outside of Spain,” she said.
Cano emphasized that this recognition “is not a goal, but an impetus,” and announced that Eurosol:
- She will continue to promote more women taking on responsibility in all areas.
- It will improve work-life balance
- It will strengthen training and support.
“We carry the name of Andalusia throughout Europe with pride and responsibility, convinced that equality is also quality,” she concluded.
